Madison County Utilities District
General Information

Credit/debit cards payments can only be made on Madison County water customers.  Any account number beginning with a "3" is not available for credit/debit cards as this is a Kirksville Water Assoc. account.

You must enter the 10 digit water bill account number in the account number field (do not use dashes: ex: 9876543210) to receive proper credit for payment when using your credit/debit card.

Payments made by credit/debit card are for water bill only.  Call our office for other charges, i.e. reconnection, returns, etc.

Madison County Utilities District (MCUD) provides water service to a customer base of over 10,000.

MCUD Board Meetings are held the last Thursday of each month at 1:00PM in our Main Office
