General Information

Credit/debit cards payments can only be made on Madison County water customers.  Any account number beginning with a "3" is not available for credit/debit cards as this is a Kirksville Water Assoc. account.

You must enter the 10 digit water bill account number in the account number field (do not use dashes: ex: 9876543210) to receive proper credit for payment when using your credit/debit card.

Payments made by credit/debit card are for water bills only.  Payments must be made  by 9:00 p.m. eastern time for that day's posting.  Call our office for other charges, i.e. reconnection, returns, etc.

Payments can also be made by 'automatic bank draft.'  Call our office for more information.

Madison County Utilities District (MCUD) provides water service to a customer base of over 10,000.

MCUD Board Meetings are held the last Thursday of each month at 1:00PM in our Main Office
